•Visual refresh aligned with PHS’s welcoming, family-friendly tone

The website was built on a WordPress CMS using DIVI Visual Builder. I collaborated with SV3 Designs for custom-coded sections. A live listing of pet profiles was set up with the RescueGroups.org ToolKit. I led the design, content, image curation, and review process while juggling other responsibilities, including social media management and print collateral creation. I also developed extensive user guides for internal staff to maintain the site and graphic templates for future designers for ease of use in systems like Canva, PicMonkey, and Photoshop.
Overall, website traffic doubled and stayed at this higher traffic volume with a site that could easily be navigated on a mobile device.
